Sean Tarpenning - What is success? I don't think a person who succeeds without difficulty is successful. The real success is when a person reaches his destination despite many difficulties. We are not very happy to get the job that we do not face difficulties on the way. Let's say that only after eating some sweets do we know the taste of the bitter substance. In the same way, happiness is obtained only after sorrows. Until we fail at something we think we can do all the things in the world and believe me then we don't even have the heart to do those things because we know if we can do it.

But when there is a problem in any of our work or someone tells us to do this work so that no one could do it, then we get very eager to do that work and wonder if in this work. What is it that we can't do this work and our interest for that work grows even more?

The more difficulties we face in our work, the more we are eager to do it. And what we learn from our mistakes or difficulties we cannot learn from anyone else. The famous scientist Thomas Edison invented the bulb but did he make the bulb all at once? No, they had 1000 problems. But they must have learned a lot from those difficulties. Someone asked him if you have failed to make a bulb 1000 times then he replied that I have not failed 1000 times but today I know 1000 such recipes without which a bulb cannot be made.

If a person succeeds in his life, he will move forward only because of mistakes. He cannot walk until the child falls. I have just tried to say that if you want to be successful in your life, never be afraid of difficulties but try to understand the difficulties. The solution to every problem is in the difficulty itself, just need to find that solution. If we are not getting any work done then we should think about what is lacking in us or we can't do this work and then fix that lack. Then you will succeed. The biggest thing is self-confidence. If you think I have to finish this job, then no one can stop you from succeeding. Look at yourself differently from all of you. Don't compare yourself to anyone. There is no one like you in the whole world, there is no one else like you, find out if there is anyone like you. You are a unique example in the whole world. No one can do what you can do. Just think. Admittedly, success is difficult, but not impossible. I asked if there was a solution to the problem. Like, Impossible means it can never happen, but if we look at it from another perspective, we see that I, M, Possible. Meaning the difficulty itself is saying that I am not impossible.
